Nestled in the main street of picturesque Central Tilba, a heritage listed village at the feet of Gulaga Mountain, this 19th century cottage has been brought back to it’s charm while upgrading it to today’s standards.

The project comprises an almost entire rebuilt of the existing structure as well as a solar passive extension. Another key element was to establish a connection with the limited outdoor garden spaces while at the same time providing sufficient space for all services necessary.  These features have been successfully established while navigating the strict heritage and spacial framework.
